My experience at UCEDA has truly been life changing. When I started, I literally did not speak any English at all, zero. From day one, however, I was welcomed with respect, patience, and constant encouragement. I never felt embarrassed, judged, or discriminated against for not knowing the language. On the contrary, everyone consistently showed me that I was capable of learning and improving.
The teachers are extremely attentive, well prepared, and genuinely committed to each student’s progress. The learning environment is supportive and safe, which is essential when learning a new language. I would especially like to highlight the coordinator, Kian, an outstanding professional who is always available to help, clarify doubts, and resolve difficulties with professionalism, empathy, and respect. The front desk staff is also excellent, always kind, organized, and ready to assist.
I conclude this chapter at UCEDA with great satisfaction and pride in the results I achieved. The knowledge I gained here gave me the opportunity to enroll in a university, something that once felt very distant. UCEDA does not just teach English, it believes in people and actively helps them reach their academic and professional goals.
I am deeply grateful to the entire UCEDA team. I highly recommend UCEDA to anyone who truly wants to learn English, especially those who are starting from zero.
