Como estudiante internacional, pasé por una situación muy difícil cuando mi escuela anterior, Zoni, cerró repentinamente y nos notificó con solo una semana de anticipación. En cuestión de días, el equipo de UCEDA me ayudó con todo el proceso de transferencia de forma rápida, clara y muy humana. Estoy muy agradecido por su profesionalismo, su organización y el apoyo que brindan en momentos de incertidumbre. Hicieron que una transición que parecía imposible fuera sencilla y tranquila. I came to UCEDA extremely worried and stressed because I was dealing with a very time-sensitive school transfer. From the moment Radwa started helping me, everything changed. She immediately understood my situation, explained everything clearly, responded quickly, and handled my process with incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and efficiency. Radwa truly took a huge weight off my shoulders. What had been an extremely stressful situation suddenly became simple and manageable because of her.
